Terms and Conditions
The contract for participating in the classes is between you, ’the participant’ and the cooking apple ‘the school’.
All classes are taken at the participant’s own risk.
The school does not accept responsibility for the correct handling, cooking and safe storage of food created during the class, once the class has finished.
All classes must be paid for in full, in advance in order for your place to be secured.
A full refund will be offered for a class cancelled, in writing, 21 days or more prior to the class date. Between 21 and 14 days notice, a 50% refund will be offered. If a booking is cancelled at fewer than 14 days from the date of the class booked, sadly no refund is possible. You may however send someone in your place. If this is the case, please inform the school as to the change of participant in order that we may contact them to complete the relevant participant information.
The school does not accept responsibility for the loss of any personal items.
The school is not responsible for any loss suffered by the participant which is indirect, special or consequential.
The school is not responsible for any loss suffered by the participant, beyond the reasonable control of the school.
